I called Rachel at all floors to see if they stocked a type of tile that I was short from a job. She didn't stock but because I was from out of town she got it from the supplier same day. What amazing customer service. Rachel you really went above and beyond! Thank you!

Worst Floor Company..No customer service skills

I hired All Floors to put new floors in my business and have had nothing but problems with this company. They first measured my floors wrong and tried blaming it on me when it was there own employee who measured wrong. Then when a cleaning company I hired accidentally damaged a small portion of my floor they hired All Floors to fix it and they installed one shade darker in floor. When I called to complain once again they denied it and said it was not one shade darker, when the box they had left over says its the shade darker from what I originally had. They will not replace it or fix it. DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORS DONE with this company. you are better off going to any other flooring company
