Prices have gone up quite a bit in the last few years, an acrylic fill with polish (no shellac) will cost you close to 50$, and they expect a 15% on top of that. The salon itself is quite clean despite being ugly (unless you are into pink walls and fake flowers). There is a very good technician there but she might be gone soon because of health issues. The owner works there as well but she is always rushed and her work is not nearly as good as it used to be. I would not recommend.

As a customer I appreciate to be given quality service, especially if I am going to be spending 50+ at a particular venue I would also appreciate my concerns heard and the questions answered in a tactful manner. My experience at Bella has been very tainted because of improper customer care. I felt like I was being talked over, not valued and disrespected - on top of all of that my nails were not at all worth the time and money I spent at this location.

I went to Bella Studio with a couple of girlfriends. Let me finish start off by saying that if you are going to Bella north of Mcknight, you can't turn into the parking lot.. be warned. I am very disappointed in the service I received here. My friend pre-booked us appointments and when we arrived, the guy working there said we never called and made a big deal out of it, even though the salon was dead! Not impressed..
