I was standing in line at this location on Aug.10th 2017 @ 5.45pm . The clerk Alana was busy helping a customer. She was busy with the cust. for 1/2hr.When the ph. rang I made a comment"god I hope she doesn't answer it". She turn to me and said rudely "don't worry"!When I was at the counter she was unprofessional and rude to me. Much more to this experience. I am worried that the important letter I sent will not arrive at the destination. This is why I feel it is important to express this.
