City Water International Inc

Extremely unprofessional company that depends on items hidden in contract to entrap customers into unfair charges. They failed to notify us that they had terminated our contract yet continued to charge for rent thereafter. After attempting to dispute the charges, instead of cooperating in a civil matter, they opted to send predatory creditors to collect the bill they have imposed without due. They have refused to cooperate or communicate with us in any manner.

I like these people because they made sure that the installation is done properly and free of charge. The installation guy reviewed the terms of contract with me and made sure I understand the contract. I highly recommend this water filtration company.
