    Amazing Service and Products

    We are so pleased that we found this store, its so unique and their selection of flooring is the best we encounter when shopping for our basement, we found a great carpet and ceramic tile selection, the staff was great, very friendly, if you are looking for great service I recommend you visit this folks.

    House reno

    We did our whole house reno and we used Distinctive Floors as our flooring contractors, we selected hardwood floors for our main floor, carpet in our bedrooms and basemant, natural stones in fireplace and bar area, ceramic tiles in all washrooms and laundry area it was a pleasure to deal with this company their staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, I was very impress with their installers and follow up after each installation. I would defenetly recommend Distinctive Floors.

    DO NOT USE DISTINCTIVE FLOORS!!!

    I ordered carpet in early July and was told I would have my carpet in ten days. It is now almost November and still do not have my carpet. They came once in September to instal after not showing up three times, they finally showed and the carpet was the wrong size! They were suppose to come today with the right carpet and once again ten minutes before they were to be here phoned and said they were not coming! Maybe tomorrow..... There are plenty of places to buy carpet so do not go here!
