We used them for our complete home renovation in 2015. We required them to come out and do an original appraisal of our house and then another 5 times, once for each draw for our money we needed from the bank. Our appraiser was Dawn and she was very professional and prompt in her appraisals. She turned them around in 24 hours making for a very smooth and pleasant process between them, the bank and our builder. I spoke to the receptionist a few times to set up appointments and never had a problem

Unprofessional service. Requested a call back but never heard from them. The woman picked up the phone, named Sharline didn't have any customer service skill at all. Never try them again or recommend them to people within my circle.
