I had a massage from RMT Malby. I would highly recommend her. She was fantastic and professional and thoughtful. She will definitely be my RMT going forward.

I have been going to Esthetica for several years and have enjoyed every minute. The staff are professional and friendly and I have always been satisfied with the quality of their service including Shirleys amazing cookies! Colleen

Staff are unprofessional and inconsiderate. They care more making an extra dollar and up-selling than they do about retaining clientele and ensuring the client has had a good experience. If you’re looking to spend premium prices on premium spa services, look elsewhere in Calgary as you certainly will find better value than you would if you book here.

There its a very relaxing atmosphere about the salon and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Their gift shop has some great ideas for different things. The prices are competitive and the decor unique. Everything is very clean. I recommend this salon

Lovely Warm and Inviting Day Spa!

I have been going to Esthetica for about a year now and absolutely love it there! They treat you so special, I have my hair done (by Mary)who does an amazing job and uses warm towels to boot! I have had spa treatments that makes you melt and will be going for a pedicure in the near future! I will and have recommended this spa to many of my friends! Lovely place! Always a treat going there!

disappointed

Had high hopes for this place as they are literally blocks from my house. Can't speak about the hair department but their esthetics leaves much to be desired. Ridiculously priced and it does NOT feel like a spa, more like a antique shop gone wrong. :( Will not be returning or recommending people here that is for certain.

Don't Waste Your Money!

I drive past this location all the time, so I thought I'd go in for a nice massage a couple of weeks ago. I was expecting a nice, tranquil spa experience, and I was very sadly disappointed. When I am paying premium pricing for a spa treatment, I expect a "spa" experience. In the past, my experiences at spas have included relaxing in advance of my chosen treatment, changing in a nicely decorated change room that may or may not include a eucalyptus steam room, donning a nice white robe and slippers, sipping tea or lemon water while I await my blissful experience, and then being pampered by a trained person. Esthetica Spa is not a spa at all. I think they specialize in cutting hair, and maybe manicures/pedicures. They do not have staff who are trained in massage therapy (as I was later informed), and no apologies are made for poor massages. The lady I had for my massage did not know what she was doing, and in discussion with her, it turns out that she went to school for esthetics, and they only had to do a two-week session on massage. For this I pay $125? I was very disappointed. I don't feel that I should have to pay a premium price for someone to rub circles on my shoulders and legs. Terrible. The room was also very cold, so it was uncomfortable when part of my body was out from under the quilt. Turn up the heat in the massage rooms!! After mentioning my unfortunate experience to friends, I learned that they have also had bad experiences at this location. It's too bad that we are usually too afraid to say anything at the time of our experience. We just pay, move on, and never go back. I don't think telling the staff about a poor experience would do any good at this establishment, unfortunately. Save your money and go to a more reputable (real) spa that has good reviews. You'll end up spending the same amount of money, and you just might come out relaxed and renewed instead of disappointed.

Nice Massage

Recently we stopped in at Esthetica salon and spa for a massage that we have got for a gift. The experience was really nice the people at this location were wonderful to chat with and overall it was a great experience. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a good massage!
