I had my upholstery, area rugs and mattress cleaned. I understand stains are not guaranteed the technician took extra time/care/product to ensure he did the best job possible and all the stains came out! Everything looks brand new! I am more than happy with Loewens! I will highly recommend and use them every time!

They came 2 hours late, the equipment wasn’t working properly and had little suction so all the cleaner, water and dirt is left in the bottom of the carpet. They sold me extra spot cleaning but the spots are still there after cleaning! So now I what do I do, rent a machine to such the sludge left in the carpet!
