    the tech found is...

    the tech found issues that needed addressing that we weren't aware of. Although it cost more than I thought he was able to find things and stop any further damage from being done to my cupboards and floor. He gave me a heads up about out hot water tank and insurance so we are now looking into our coverage and the replacement of our tank. So thanks to him we may be shorter on cash but he was able to inform us of things that need further attention and avoid any other issues. We really appreciate.

    Worst experience ever!

    One of the worst experience ever. The plumber who came in was less interested in giving us the best solution for our plumbing issues but only interested in selling us the stuff he had. He was quite impatient and very negative when I asked for a quote. He only gave a quote when I asked him multiple times - and that too a very non-detailed one. Completely over-priced. They price they charged me was 6 times than what they told me initially. Would NOT recommend these guys to anyone.
