Firstly when I tried to file a complaint online with Pizza Hut, the actual store location (Hidden Creek Drive, NW) in Calgary - that I ordered from - is not listed in the online form. I've eaten at Pizza Hut before but this was my 1st time ordering online for delivery and the result was extremely poor. I live less than 10 min. from the store location and the email confirmation I received estimated the delivery time at 30 min. after the order - which seemed reasonable -- 25 min. after the esti
