Working with POA was very disappointing and frustrating. Their communication and customer service are quite unprofessional and slow. They often left us hanging for weeks to answer our emails or call messages. If they did reply, they would address some questions and ignore the rest often times. We stopped using their services for these reasons but also for doubting their expertise. They lack the ability to work with clients in a transparent way and in a partnership-style relationship.
