Prestwick Fine Dry Cleaning

Damaged my coat and deny doing it. NEVER use this dry cleaner. Didn't even offer a refund. Claim they never touched that spot?? One would assume the whole coat would be 'touched' when cleaned? Terrible service and now a coat worn for 1 season is ruined!

DO NOT GO_-RUINED SUIT. Recently got married and took the suit to get dry cleaned a couple days later. When I picked the suit up I immediately noticed there was a snag on the suit. The employee apologized and told me to come back in the morning when the owner was in. I went back the next morning and the owner was like "How do I know we did it" and I told him we have over 2000 photos from the wedding showing the suit was not snagged and your employee already apologized for it. NEVER FIXED IT
