It has been a horrible experience. There is a lack of staff that is qualified to do the things that they advertise. They say that there is a qualified design team but there never seems to be anyone there to assist you. I need to purchase all new blinds for my entire home and have gone to the store 2 times and called 2 times with no success. There seems to be only one person that does blinds and she is never there. My money will go somewhere else. Do NOT recommend.
