ABSOLUTE WORST STORE! Zero stars. I will never go to the Royal Oak Shoppers again, they make up their own store policies and have terrible customer service. I wasted an hour of my life at this store arguing about using coupons on sale items. They also limit per transaction so you do not get to your store spend total for points. It was the worst customer service experience I had that involved front store manager (on a power trip) cashier supervisor and a cashier.
I love this shoppers. Personal is friendly and in a good mood all the time. The ladies at the beauty boutique are very knowledgeable and always happy to assist you.
The pharmacy team can be a bit slow due to the amount of people picking and dropping off prescriptions but over all they are great. I fill all my prescriptions here and never had to wait more than 10 minutes when I choose to wait. If I call them in the morning my prescription is always ready at the promised time.
The service at this shopper's is horrible. Numerous occasions I have gone to the pharmacy and received attitude. I waited over an hour for my prescription and then wanted to buy additional items I found well shopping. The pharmacist assisant told me she did not have time to ring me through for the additional items and I would have to complete a second transaction. Today when I went to get my perscription, I called ahead and set a time an hour and a half in the future to pick it up. When I got there at the specified time, the perscription was not ready yet. I will not be going back to this location.
As an Ex-employee I can not state how poorly run the Beauty Boutique is Managed. They don't honor the store's return policy, and the Manager openly discriminates, belittles, and insults staff. If I could give you one work of advice, go to ANY other Shoppers Drug Mart for your beauty needs.
