Arrkann Trailer & R V Centre

We bought a trailer off this company. We were assured by the staf our car could tow it. After a suspension failure we invistagted further (well after we had the RV, LONG AFTER we could sue) We found out our max hitch weight was 1/3 the max weight of the trailer had. They sold us the RV KNOWING full well the car was not allowed to tow it but as the “weight” was ok we would be fine. We are such fools. We feel very dirty now. Do your reasearch on your own, don’t take “their word” they don’t care

Very Pushy

I first hit up the website and browsed through a few of the models - requirements from the wife was a U shaped Dinnette / Queen bed / bunks for the kids / single slide to allow room for the dogs. We were there for only an hour . We were shown several models with what we were looking for and then myself and the wife are cornered to purchase a 36ft, top of the line PASSPORT trailer, and weight of the trailer was to the max weight of my truck and had to be purchased THAT day! Worst sales rep ever.
