Mind blowing customer service again from Bedriye!! I used to beat up on myself saying why didnt I follow my friend earlier and use Berk Bilgen for my insurance needs and save myself the headaches? Now I realize if I didnt get the headaches I wouldnt appreciate the peace of mind I get from doing business with Bedriye at Berk Bilgen. Bedriye Refik you are the consummate professional and I think you need to write a book on customer service titled, Mind Blowing Customer Service. God bless you!

Very happy to have been referred to deal with the Berk Bilgen group. My broker was Erica Petschke, would recommend her to anyone. Everything went very quickly and she was very professional. All in all a good experience.

I have been waiting for their departmet to call me back it has been three days.they hiked my auto insurance by $45. I have had no accident or no tickets. And they say they are the lowes.

Fast and reliable, I have been in the auto business for 9 years and this company is my first go to when I have clients looking for insurance for their new vehicles. I also have my personal insurance through them as well. They can get almost anyone affordable insurance, even people that have been canceled due to non payment, DUI's, multiple speeding tickets. That may be the reason for the other poor reviews, I cant speak to that but I use them and have been selling cars for 9 years.

Stay away from this business! I was trying to cancel my insurance policy because I traded my car and cancellation fee is $400 plus 2 months worth of insurance... And I've even with them for just 3 months!

Stay away!!! They will tell you one thing then turn around and do the complete opposite . Very very unprofessional . They talk to you like they own you and then when their " manager Lindsay " calls back she is just all about the legal binding contract you signed instead of the lies you were told . Don't go through them unless you want your insurance to go up

My experience getting a quote, policy, and temporary pink card in one afternoon was fantastic. Jill got me set up with a rate I can afford and even stayed late to complete the policy. I am pleased with their service.

Stay away from this business. The manager lindsay has to be the worst person that I have ever had to deal with! I could go on for hours about how she treated me but im not going to waste any more of my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Very poor service. Price for auto insurance not competitive. Mis-quoted and mis-charged me. Unresponsive to resolve.
