They are shutting off the water and heat in the entire building for over 24 hours next week, in the middle of January! They don’t care about their residents and it shows...would not recommend going with them.
I have lived in a Candema Property Management building since November 2018. Absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. Two days after I moved, they turned the heat off claiming a repair needed to be done (at the owners expense). The owner and Candemna are in a dispute - I have no heat. Oh and now no water. Repairs apparently for that too. The steep rent that is to include both water and heat has been paid on time though. making complaints with whomever will listen. Shut these people down.
Very disappointed with this management. Moved in over a year ago and when problems occurred in the building, there was major lack of communication between management and residents about contractors entering suits, etc. We have been without a washer/dryer for several days now due to their repairs but have not receive any notices or updates on when they will put the washer back. I’ve called several times but am left with “we will call you back” only to not hear from them. Would not recommend.
