The store owner opens original boxes and use the fragrances as testers. Best part is that he opens them in a way that you cant tell that the actual seal was corrupted. He says that he doesnt do that. I do that because I know your wife he did not even remember about her (she bought once a while ago) My suggestion is do your research before buying from this guy and avoid it if you have the chance.
