My Bad experience. If you have a great west life card they will tell that they have great west life direct billing and you just have to pay for any difference. Fine, They book you and do the appointment but then they will not give you the result until they are paid by great west life which is they say 1.5 weeks after the check up BUT if you buy their frames and lenses they will give you the result. I find that very deceiving. They will apologize for not letting you know that that is how they do their service and ask you if you want to pay up front. Have no complaints about the doctors. I think they are good. Its how your account is handled in terms of admin. They cost higher than other places I've surveyed.
