We hired Greentree to redo/rework the shoddy workmanship of a previous landscape Company. Julien was a pleasure to work with - professional, hardworking & conscientious. It is a tough task to fix others mistakes but Greentree excelled - we are so pleased with the results - finally! We should have hired Greentree originally and had the project done right from the beginning.
Will never recommend using Greentree. Completed work without obtaining gas, electrical and building permits. Won't repair anything even though they guarantee their 'hardscapes' for five years. Shoddy workmanship. Took them two years to complete project and customer service non existent.
I'll start off by saying the work that the installer did was excellent, we love the way our backyard works and would (and will) hire the installer back in a heartbeat. But buyer beware: 1. The only contact we had from the site manager was to send me a final bill. At no point was I asked how things were going and if I was satisfied with the work. 2. They highball the amount of material used and only changed it to actual material used on the final bill because I called them out on it.
I highly recommend not contacting "greentree"!They did a very messy work last year for my back yard! Right after 2 months my back yard was full of weeds! Also the decoration with the rocks got ruined by the wind or rain after a few months!They didnt do professionally at all!
Great company to work with. They renovated our backyard into a space we are thrilled with!
Zac Marks was awesome to deal with! He came up with an amazing design for our deck/hot tub area that included an outdoor kitchen. During construction he followed up with any concerns and ensured it looked as amazing as our design. I would highly recommend Zac if you are looking at a new outdoor room!
Zac Marks designed an outdoor kitchen and patio/deck for our yard. We are very happy with the ideas he presented and with the final build quality. I would recommend Greentree for this type of work.

Terrible time/project management. Had them try to build an outdoor pergola/kitchen on my deck. The first try was so shoddy they had to do it twice. We will be there and then no show. No apologies for wasting my time. I now have furniture that I can't sit on b/c they ruined the cushions - they told me the fabric would "stretch" and made the cushion covers too small and I sent an email to the fabric company who said if anything they will shrink….. Left with not even a sorry. DO NOT HIRE
Greentree Landscaping of Edmonton landscaped our new home in 2014 for approx 60,000.00 leaving many outstanding issues such was unfinished work, repairs, irrigation issues, lighting issues, poor workmanship to the amount of approx 5,000.00 even after repeated attempts to contact Gordon Neustaeter, the owner last year and as well as this spring 2015. DO NOT HIRE them.
Worked with Nicole at Green Tree. Found her friendly and knowledgeable. She returned all my emails/calls promptly and was patient with me. The end result, of my new yard, looks great! :)

Overall my wife and I are glad we hired greentree. All our questions/concerns were answered/addressed promptly and the staff were friendly/attentive. While the project took several weeks longer to finish than expected, the staff kept us in the loop with what was going on the entire time which was helpful. Our completed patio looks great and we finally have a nice, big fence to block us from our nosy neighbours. Thanks greentree.
