- DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I live a couple min from there I went there 5 times in this summer I always get upset with this place they are in rush and not taking the right care of you.staff so rude . even did not give time to choose colour .
I made an appointment and they even took me in early. I came in with photo ideas of what I wanted; and they came out exactly how I imagined. They were all super friendly and everyone checked in on me at least once. The actual skill and professionalism of the final product is better than I've had in a long time. My nails are shaped correctly, thin not thick, and he was so gentle not to sand my skin or cuticles when prepping for the gel. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a valued experience with people who actualy know what they're doing.
I had made an appointment early in the day for 6 o clock, when I arrived. they let a walk in go before me and were unsure what to do with me. After I explained what I had wanted.. The man that worked there handed me a card and asked if i would mind going to a different salon for today. HORRIBLE service, RUDE people, NOT PROFESSIONAL. Stay away from here so they can go out of business.
I went in on a Saturday to get a shellac manicure done (my first ever shellac manicure) because I've heard such great things about it lasting a long time without chipping. I asked the lady before she did it how long I should expect the manicure to last and she said 3 weeks. Okay, deal. Come Tuesday (exactly 3 DAYS later) I noticed that all my nails are starting to crack at the top, and the polish was already starting to chip. I give them a call the next day on Wednesday, and coincidentally I end up speaking to the same lady who painted my nails. She said she remembers me and asked me to come in that day so she can look at the cracks and redo them. I asked her if it will be free and she says YES it will be FREE (no way I was going in if they were going to charge me for it). I get there on the same Wednesday & there is one lady doing a customers nails. I told her my situation and she tells me the other lady will be right out. 20 minutes later they finally take a look at my nails. The lady that did my nails asked me what I DID to my nails. I told her NOTHING, that all I do for work is type all day. So the other worker comes over and looks at my nails and says, "honey its cause you type too hard thats why they cracked." ... RIGHT. At this point I am beyond angry for them telling me it's my fault, so I tell them to just re-do it so I can leave, and that's when they tell me that I'm going to have to PAY for it to get it redone. Unbelievable. I told them Im NOT paying, & all they had to say was "Sorry honey, that's how it is." I will never EVER forget those words. I was still so upset after I marched out on them, I ended up pulling to the side of the road and calling them and giving them an earfull. I even told them to save my number for the manager so that they can call me to hear my side of the story and hopefully try to rectify the situation. I have received no call. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Worst customer service experience.
I go to Q-Nails on a regular basis for a spa pedicure... have had manicures, gel nails, waxing and the hot-foot-wax in the past. I highly recommend this location, awesome parking and great customer service! Their intricate hand painted details on nails are amazing! Great prices in comparison to competitors!
