River Valley did a wonderful job for our house final grade top soil. They helped with getting the approval. We get them to do our landscape as well . Their work was professionally done, prompt, delivered what was agreed upon, provide professional advice, easy to talk too, transparent in their quote, know what you paid for and helped me to work within my budget. We had river valley passed onto us to do our final grade at our new home. We had a larger lot and we were amazed at the service provided by the team. They worked with us to get things done in our time table, have a great crew that came out and got things done in a timely manner. We even got concrete curbing done as well which looks amazing! We used River Valley final grading this this past couple of weeks and they are amazing. I was dealing with Marianne and she was always so helpful with any of my questions or any changes that I wanted to make. She never lost her patience with me which I’m sure others might have because I had lots of questions. I called around a few different places for estimates and River Valley has the best price out there. The final grade, survey and city approval was all done within 2 week and it was appro
