i cant refund my money bec of their policy

stay away from this furniture store,they are nice while you are shopping, when they got your money everything change. i purchased a sofa to them, so they delivered to my place but i noticed before they about to unload the sofa there was a damage on it,so i told them i will not take it,so the delivery guy return the sofa to their store,im waiting to their call so that i will know what are their plan,no call at all, i call for 3 days everytime a call no manager around and told me they cant help me

STAY AWAY!! I have had such horrible service with this company. They would treat you nice when you are shopping, but once they have gotten your money then all their great customer services skills goes down the drain; good luck with any exchange, refunds, warranty claim, etc. This company is horrible to do business with.
