Westmount Medical Clinic

I needed an opinion (or treatment) before leaving on an international trip. Phoned Westmount Medical Clinic: message said clinic opened Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Arrived at clinic 10:15 but it (and all adjoining offices ) closed. Sign said clinic would open at 11:00 a.m. Returned at 11:30 but everything still closed. Returned to nearby senior's residence: went online and saw new message (contrary to first messages and signs) that office would open Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Unprofessional. Bye bye

This clinic is very accommodating. All the doctors and staff are helpful and kind. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone even if you don't live near the area.

Girls at the front are very nice and get you in as fast as possible, got me in for an ultrasound within a week for an injury. Doctor Ahmed is also a great doctor I would recommend anyone to this place

Great doctors, great clinic

Gonna be 110% honest here. Ive been going to this clinic for awhile and the only issues Ive ever had is with the two front desk girls. Brandi and Katrina I think the names were? Horrible customer service skills, horrible customer satisfaction in general. Typical girls to lie about a small thing to cover their own mistakes, reply with a simple Okay and nothing else. Dont be fooled by their pretty girl charm- they arent what they seem.

Bad experience

Wait times are not accurate. The receptionist is rude, unhelpful and difficult to understand. The doctor spent a total of 3 minutes actually assessing me however spent more time trying to type on the computer. Repeated questions 3 times and still looked confused with my answers. This is not a clinic you should go to for anything more than a scrapped knee.

Very bad clinic, find someplace else for nicer doctors

I'm really disappointed with this clinic. My mom and I have been patients for quite some time, and I've just seen a steady decline, both in staff and in doctors. Two of the male doctors are the most disappointing, as so many people that I know have had negative complaints or have been misdiagnosed, by them. Just a bad batch in general. Please don't waste your time with these people. Do your research, I'm sure there are nicer people to see.

I went in as a walk in was told 20 min wai I sat in waiting room for half a hour... Fair enough. But after sitting in the examining room for a hour i went out into reception and asked if they forgot about me the receptionist who was condesending looked at me with surprise and said no he just had a big form to fill out. i went in at 430 and finally seen a doctor at 550 who i might ad could hardly speak english and was quite rude when i asked why i waited so long. I will never go here again for any reason, i could be missing a arm and bleading out about to die and id rather drive across edmonton than suffer through that horrible expierance again
