They never answer the phone and never return calls! wondering why I have to do their job delivering my neighbours mail not super convenient seeing as I have two babies I have to drag along with me! And one last complaint is where are my flyers its been a while This is out on tom hill road and don’t they have a mail signs on top of the delivery vehicles anymore I thought the lady was breaking in our boxes she left all of them wide open as she went back to her truck to get I’m assuming more mail

I have traveled all over Canada with my husband for work. Never ever have I met a post office with such ignorant and rude people working in it. The post master is unbelievably rude. I waited in line one day with about 10 others a little old lady in front of me wearing a clear face shield The post master would not serve her without a mask. After a 30 minute wait. I told the postmaster just help her but no. Now they want me to pay for general delivery I have never had to pay before.
