    The service representatives at the front counter were great. Waiting a projected 10 days for parts was unreasonable so I was obliged to take my repairs elsewhere where i was fixed up in 3 days. If an independent shop 8 blocks away can get it fixed in 3 days using FORD parts, from Jerry Ford, then why the 10-day wait for parts? I also got a 3-year warrantee with the new automatic transmission - which Jerry Ford could not provide. AGAIN: The service representatives at the front counter were g
