Hottips Nails & Spa Ltd

I started working in the Nisku Area, and found a Hottips Nails in Leduc. On my very first visit, I stopped in 1/2 hr before closing & also without an appt! They fit me in, and stayed late to accommodate a full set of nails & eyebrow waxing. And the price was cheaper than most places I went to in the past. I've since gone several times & they are always friendly & go above & beyond my expectations! And I am very particular on how I want my nails; eyebrows; and/or pedicures done! Highly Recommend!

I went in for some waxing and came out butchered! I had actual strips of eyebrow missing!!! I don't recommend this business at all!

I was very displeased with my experience here. I was charged $9 more than they had said and my polish was sloppy and thick, I left it on 2 days then removed it. I won't be back.

Never going back

I just moved to the area and thought I would give Hottips a try. The first time I arrived in April I was a walk in customer just wanting a shelac manicure. The price she told me was reasonable but she didn't tell me that to get the "manicure" part it would cost triple the price! The manicure only included removal of cuticals. Was very discouraged. About a month later I wanted to give gel nails a try, I wanted simple white tips with a design i saw on the web. The nails where insanely thick and the design I asked for looked like my 6 year old niece did it. All i asked for was for the design to be removed and she said it was too late and refused to take them off AND she still charged me for the design. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was there. These are just a few instances what happened personally to me but i did notice these women talking on a phones making long personal phone calls while with a customer! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS SERVICE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
