Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. If you want to spend your money on your landscaping needs look elsewhere. Ignored multiple texts regarding a fence gate, that we paid 500 dollars for, wouldn't open. When we were finally able to get ahold of him, over a month since we made him aware, he said there was nothing he could do because it was due to a warped post and if we wanted it fixed he would have to charge us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Doesn't show up when committed to or return calls or messages after a job is agreed to.

There was nowhere to leave a review of this company on their page, so I would like to leave one here. Longhorn Landscaping came out to our home for a consult in early May. We got an email with the quote and a start date of May 25, shortly after. We tried to get hold of the business owner when he didn't show up. He wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. It is now over a month after the proposed start date, and still no word.
