FANTASTIC

I am well impressed with Family Pizza in Red Deer. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the All dressed. I enjoyed both very much my family was also very happy with amount of pizza and great taste. We ordered on a very busy night, but got pizza hot and fresh. I will be back for more. Thank you for the fast kind service you guys are great.

After we ordered ...

After we ordered 2 large pizzas we were quoted a 20-40min wait...that was ok...the pizza arrived 70mins later (we were very hungry when the pizzas showed up) they tried blaming the delievery driver...whatever but the troubles didnt stop there...we opened the boxes (the order was stapled to it) our order was very wrong....we called they said they would send us the correct pizza ...fine so we had some bites to stop the hunger...(because we figured these pizzas were dead and gone --they wouldnt need them back) They then called back and wanted the pizzas back (i hope it was varification of wrong order and not to give to a customer) . Well we were truthful and said we ate some of it..they got mad at us...and said they werent going to give us our correct order...and refused to solve the problem they created.....So please DO NOT order from here if you think i am the only disapponted customer check out urbanspoon!

After ordering our pizzas that took well over an hour and ten min to get them they were the wrong ones . Affter calling them twice to get an answer that they messed up it clearly says our correct order. We were getting hungry so we had a slice. They called backing wanting the pizzas back and it would take a half hour or more to get the right pizzas. So i say this is the worst service ever and i will not order from them again

New Spicy Italian

I did not think I would like it when you changed the Italian but this is fantastic 3 types of Italian sausage, red peppers and onions by far the best pizza I have ever had. Pizza done really well !!!!
