The movers broke ...

The movers broke a ceramic coffee table base into several pieces. I filed a complaint and asked to be reimbursed. One of this company's selling points is that they are "fully insured." The coffee table was around $500 to replace. And after months of fighting with them they finally gave me $50. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional in every dealing I had with him. He even yelled at me on the phone. Do not use this company if you want to be secure that any damage to your property will be insured and dealt with professionally.
