I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

I'm so grateful for the service I have received from Access Plumbing (also known as One Hour Plumbing). I have used them twice over the past three months. The first problem was a leaky kitchen drain. Brad came to fix it, and for the first time ever, the service call happened on time. I was shocked. The 2nd job was a cracked hose bib completed by Chris. With flat rate pricing there's no worries about how long a job takes. Both service techs were professional and polite. Excellent
