Horrible parts service 2 weeks later still waiting for a call back just to speak to parts. Everyday I call back and just get told they will call me. How is a person supposed to get any work done with this horrendous service.

Took equipment in for warranty work. Machine runs worse than when taken in. And when driving down the highway they did not attach the clips on the hood and it flew off into ditch
