Sylvan Medical Center

Where do I start on September 9th 2024. I had appointment at this clinic sylvan Medical Center. My appointment was at 11 AM. I arrived at 11:03 due to construction on Highway 20. I live an hour and 20 minutes away from Sylvan Lake. This is the only appointment that I had that day. I was a denied my appointment saying that I was late, and put down as a no-show. I was not a no-show. I was just three minutes late. The receptionist lied said I was five minutes late and I could not see the doctor now

Called to see if they were accepting patients. Receptionist was rude and unfriendly.

Dr. MC and the rest of the crew here are amazing. They care and actually take time to talk to you. They have been so caring with me and my family through some crazy scary things. I can not imagine trusting my families care to anyone else. It is upsetting the no shows that happen as this really does hurt the other patients. Above and beyond is the best words to describe this office starting right at the front door!

This is the worst medical clinic I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived all over the world! The first time I came in I waited for an hour and 20 min never got my turn and so I left. The second time I had my first appointment with family doctor and she didn’t give me big enough dosage I needed of my medication and my whole trip abroad was ruined. The third time I asked her for same only 1 medication for my neck procedure and she again gave me too small of a dosage. This clinic is the worst!

If you want to be laughed at and not taken seriously this is your place. Never again

I’m from Rocky, I was used to waiting 45 mins to an hour to see a doctor . Also had to wait at least 1 month to actually see my dr. A friend suggested I go to Sylvan Med.Centre , not only did I get a great dr, but the longest wait in the waiting room has been 15 mins, usually I get in much earlier . I’m usually able to get into see my dr, they’re have been a few times I had to see a different dr , all of the physicians and staff are really awesome . I would highly recommend Sylvan Medical !!

This clinic is the BEST of theBEST !!! All the staff ( front desk, nurses and Dr's ) are great . They are more like our family . We will be forever greatful, no matter how silly or serious our health problems, they take the time and reassure you that they are on your side. Thank You Sylvan Medical ❤️
