Look elsewhere for quality workmanship

We had a very high quality hardwood floor installed very poorly. Up to four visits to complete a simple 300sq foot job over a period of 3 months. The first crew sent out were asked to leave the job site due to the poor quality and lack of professionalism. Our install fee was waived as compensation but the cost of the wood was not reimbursed and the boards are currently damaged due to the improper install. In the end we, the customer, are out several thousands of dollars in materials and a visibily improper floor that we have to live with!!
