Rude, rude, rude!

I called and after rang forever a lady answered by saying "hello", no business title. When I told her I had the wrong number she asked me who I was trying to reach. I said the business name and she says "who are you?" I said my name and she replies "and?". AND WHAT?!? She didn't answer the phone in any professional manner and then she's curt with me!? Then she says "so do you want to make an appointment". Umm, no. Thanks but no thanks. I was completely put off of any transaction between this "business".
