Horrible customer service

The hairstylist did not listen to what we wanted. I asked for a shaggy bob and got a vertical bob, my daughter asked for Audrey Hepburn style (Pixie) and got a mushroom short vertical. This is our third attempt to this salon and will not return.

The hairdresser was very nice! My highlights on the other hand, I'm utterly disappointed with, I will be wering a hat until I can get it fixed. There's a blob of dark on my right side, with some hair dye on my scalp and a orange/blonde patch on my left. In the back the highlights don't reach the base of my hair strands, so it looks completely different from the top. The colour looks nothing like the picture I showed for an example of the look that I was going for. I just hope that we could remedy the situation when they open tomorrow :(
