I was very impressed with the quality of service. All sales representatives were very professional , polite and not pushy at all. They were listening to my every request and found the dress which was very close to what I was looking for. They done some alterations and I've got my perfect dress in three days! After very poor treatment in other stores I have found the store where I would come again if I need another dress or alterations.

I want to say a lot of thanks to Irina, who done "great alteration job' on my bridal dress. The dress was beautiful, fitted me perfectly and was very comfortable. I didn't loose any single details of the dress. It looked after alteration like the original. Very professional work!
