Your weekly specials website has changed, has now a number of useless pictures and is more awkward. The space on the shelves with the specials is small, restricting the quantities available and many times I cannot find any of the advertised specials. Staff advising me that there are none available until next day or two. After travelling 9 km this is not very practical. The men's washroom is not kept very clean. I often advise the service desk that there is no toilet tissue available either!
