Wow. Don’t even bother calling. The phone is never answered

POOR!!! pOOOR!!!! POOR!!!! POOR!!!! DO NOT USE!!

i called, using this service before, thought all would be fine. WRONG! First i stated that i wanted a 750ml bottle of Jackson Triggs "UNITY" white wine (11.95)... when it was delivered almost 45 minutes later... got Jackson Triggs Charedonay which i saw on sale at the locale store earlier for 8.95. I never got a reciept or anything... when i asked the delivery girl how much it was, she told me 11.95 plus 6.00 delivery... this was the cheapest wine on sale and all wine drinkers out there know this bottle i received was GARBAGE! when i called back to the delivery service, they told me there was nothing they Could do as the delivery girl gave me no receipt. I then asked to please speak with a manger and she told me to call back tomorrow very rudely. when i then asked for her name please, she hung up on me. this was a service i waited TO LONG FOR and then was treated extremely rudely and unprofessional when unsatisfied. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!
