Made a complaint after our son was physically abused by a staff member (dragged by his arm forcefully). They moved the lady to a different daycare no disciplinary action. Then had a concern we voiced over email about our child playing chestnuts at the daycare when he has a known allergy to nuts.Their response was to kick our son out of his daycare no notice via email. At no point were we ever agressive. Conversations were via email licensing will be contacted I would avoid srcc daycares !
