VERY BAD!!! No respect

Very bad customer service !! Not going there ever in my life . Booked an appointment for Sunday and don't know if the girl heard Sunday cuz when me and my sister went for our appointment for waxing the girl got mad at us !! Seriously they didn't even say that it was a misunderstanding or anything, but they started almost yelling and saying we missed our appointment and my sister was 100% sure she said Sunday not Saturday . We r regular customers, but this time we r done with this bad treatment.

I loved my experience at icon nails! I absolutely love my set & I love how my nails look fabulous! I would recommend this salon to everyone!

This place is AMAZING. Not only do they provide great customer service, they do a good job and don't rush when someone new comes in! They shape your nails so perfectly and don't rip off acrylics like other nail places do. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else. They give amazing pedicures too. I tell all my friends to come here, you should too!!!

Will never go there again

I went there today to get pedi and mani done. I waited for the girl to start with me, then I was rushed through the process, and my heels weren't scraped properly. While she was doing my pedi I asked if I could get mani at the same time. She said no, they busy. Ok, so decided against mani. When my pedi was done, she left me on the chair so my toes could dry and then she went to another woman to do GUESS WHAT? her mani while, she was getting pedi, and totally forgetting about me.Nice treatment!

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place...its clean. , it was professional, they were on time and most of all I love my nails!!!!!! Thanks Lana!!!!! We will see you soon. Reena Prasad

I came upon this ...

I came upon this place 3 months ago... I brought a picture of a lb acrylic set of nails that I wanted Hannah and Mary made the visit great and accomplished what I wanted...I have come back twice now and they remember what we talked about and always ask if I brought a picture for them to do... these ladies are great and very friendly ... the salon is great ...I will keep coming back

I went to icon nails to get a full set of acrylic and shellac nail polish and Mary did a good job on my nails. The polish is clean and the acrylic set was neatly done. On top of that, the service is friendly and the salon smells nice and looks clean. Unlike other salons where there's the smell of fumes and chemicals from the different nail products being used. I highly recommend Icon Nails. I will definitely go back for another visit soon.

Hannah and Mary are the new enthusiastic owners of this business. Both are hard working and do a superlative job on nail care. I was very happy with the manicure and pedicure -lovely job. I was impressed with their honesty. They advised me to come less frequently than I expected for the health of my nails -put my interest over theirs. Great new ownership, highly recommended.

This nail salon is amazing!!! They did my nails perfectly and flawless , their service is amazing and the salon is super clean! I will totally come back this place is great I recomend that you come here. They just took over so it's not that horrible place V.V nails anymore it's great
