Since opening in 2014, the ARC Restaurant at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel has entertained tens of thousands of eager diners for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Nestled inside the glass-fronted room overlooking Canada Place and the North Shore Mountains, patrons feel the influence of the stunning West Coast scenery while enjoying plates of artisanal food inspired by local surroundings and ingredients.
Gold-gilt wall panels and intricate wooden sculptures hanging from the ceiling offer luxury, and the friendly waitstaff provide an equally warm and relaxing welcome.
"We work really hard to empower our colleagues and to create a great place to work – many of our servers have worked at the hotel from its opening in 1991," says the hotel's marketing manager, Kristyna Vogel.
