I have never been disappointed with Chantel's work on my hair. I am extremely picky and I have found that Chantel is extremely thorough and precise when applying colour and cutting my hair. Absolutely terrible salon! Went there only to have my hair destroyed!!!! I went in and requested a refund only to be told it's against their policy. Even after showing numerous pictures and even bringing the stylist who had to cut off all my hair to the length a short bob and fix their horrible mistakes and spending an additional $300 for colour correction!!! The young manager was so rude and snotty and has absolutely no people or management skills. Will NEVER go back there and tell everyone how horrible they are!!!! Utterly terrible service do not go there unless you want to pay to have your hair wrecked!!
