I have been a regular customer for several months and have been satisfied, although they ask for cash and don't issue receipts. This time 5 of my nails fell off in 3 days. I went back to get them repaired and they fixed them all and made me pay. When I complained they claimed that I had had them done 3 weeks ago and should have to pay. I had no proof because I had no receipt. I will not be back. They disrespected me and didn't stand behind their work.

Worst place ever,...

Worst place ever, so expensive and I had a shellac done and it touched all skin around my nail and lasted only a day when it's suppose to last 2 weeks and I went back for them to redo it but they refused, and I had a pedi done as well and it was very dirty, the tools were rusty and the pumice bar is reused because there was skin on it, it was disgusting when you are suppose to use a new one on every customer. Worst service ever

didnt even last longer than 14 hours

I went here 10 days ago for a mani/pedi with a friend before a trip to mexico. it was extremely expensive. when i sat down for my manicure (not shellac) i looked over at the woman beside me and felt so bad for what the technician was doing to her nails. they were horrible. anyway, after paying 67 freaking dollars for my services, the manicure lasted approximately 14 hours, and my friend and my pedicures lasted about 2 days. now i have to go another place to get another pedicure. ridiculous

Spent $60 on a ne...

Spent $60 on a new gel set so that my nails wouldn't break on Vacation. They were very sore for two days due to rough treatment and two broke off. The rest were beginning to fall off by the end of the week as well.
