Seeing this Dr Dong about a problem I am having and I was quite happy with him. Explained everything clearly I forgot my hearing aid so he took care to explain things

I recently had an appointment with Dr.Dong and I must say he is one of the best. He is a quiet individual but he does know what he is doing. He made sure that I understood the procedure I was having and always asked if I had questions. I was quite scared about the procedure, however he took his time and was very patient with me. All his equipment was cleaned and put in a cleaning solution once finished. There new office they moved into is very clean and nice! Staff was amazing to help with my qu

I would rate lowe...

I would rate lower if I could. Waited six months to get to see him, Had to go out of town so canceled one month before appointment. Tried to reschedule appoint. They told me I had to wait another 6 months. I told them I go out of town a lot and can't wait 6 months to know if I would be home. I was told to go back to my referring doctor and be referred again. And to wait another 6 months. Staff rude and ratings on this doctor was horrific. Now trying to find some one new.

This is the worst...

This is the worst doctor in BC. Save your time and go to someone who knows how to speak to human beings, explain next steps, and potential outcomes.

If you are not home, they don't leave a message to make an appointment. They just leave you waiting for them to call you. They keep a record of when they called and will confirm you were not home when they called. Now, how is that for a great method of communication? Now, they are really busy and booking months ahead. Try asking them to change an appointment by a week. You know, get them to switch someone after you with your appointment. Not a chance! Cancel and re-book or nothing! Now, if I had this kind of receptionist working for me they would be down the road so fast they would not know they had just been fired.
