On a previous trip, part of our order was forgotten. It was a long drive (Errington to Qualicum) to go back and get the rest of our order. We were offered a discount on our next order. This evening I placed an order and was told that our discount would not be honoured because it was only for eating in. We were NOT told this when we drove all the way back last time and we never eat in. To top it off when we came to pick up the order and again requested the discout they kept the discount and didn't apply it to the new order so even if we wanted to give it to someone who could use it, its gone! I am so frustrated by the lack of customer service and will not be returning. Don't bother offering a discount if you're not willing to honour it!
