Walmart Supercentre Vision Centre

I have an appt. at the vision centre with an optometrist. There was unforeseen construction and I was 4 minutes late. No phone call which I would have answered via Bluetooth. I get there and told no the optometrist has left for the day. I call a manager, wait an extra long time and told Dale the manager from the vision centre will call but alas no phone call- 6 days ago. I called again this morning an John the manager answers with attitude. After 10 min. conversation, the situation is now worse

I rate Wal-Marts bathroom 5 out of 10. Toilet paper is what is to be expected single ply. The Stall however feels like an emerency room curtain.. I could hear the bowl movements from the gentlemen next to me as if it were dominos falling in series *plop plop plop*. All and all the outdated paper towel dispenser was a turn off.. Dyson or nothing. Would not poop again.

Saturday, February 3, 2018 I was fortunate to be served by “Paulette” at the Campbell River Walmart. Great service, genuinely interested in me as a customer and human being. Awesome experience. Thanks Paulette!
