    Steven is one of the best RMTs I've seen. Definitely helped relieve pain and discomfort. He's friendly, and spends time to assess prior to treatment

    Steven Guard is an excellent Registered Massage Therapist. He completely took away the pain I had from bursitis in my hips. I had been in constant pain for the past 9 years until I went to Steven. I now go when the pain creeps up again. This has made a hive difference in my quality of life and has allowed me to start hiking again. It is not worth neglecting your health.
