we had been going here for almost 3 yrs every week or other week and had received phenomenal service but when we went there tonight we were ignored from the time they seated us. took then 15 mins to get a glass of water and then we waited another 20 mins. for a refill as we were constantly ignored by wait staff and management as they went by us, we did the "all you can eat" like we normally have and both orders we put in we only received half our food. after tonight we won't be going back and do not recommend it to anyone else if you enjoy good service.
I'm sorry i just had 2 very bad experience visiting the store down at metrotown center. the first time i went there i found a short piece of hair in my beef teriyaki, i thought to myself "whatever people do somtimes loose hair right? we're humans". But guess what my sister's oyster came and second piece of hair then it came out that even their oranges has tiny short hair in them! The second time i thought that maybe the sushi person just had an hair cut or somthing, but it was the exact same thing short tiny hair in food very discouagring and i saw that they have that many people eating there and no one notice it at all? so i asked my friend the next day and even my friends said they have the same experience as me. So if i am you i'd check the food before eating it
I had a fairly good experience I went there for a lunch buffet and received mediocre sushi but oddly enough it was the other food there that would make me want to go back the chicken wings were very good along with the tofu and noodles but the service was not amazing the waitresses seemed a bit impatient but overall I would go back
Order as much Sashimi as you want or can eat at dinner, quick service when not extreemly crowded.
Guranteed parking, clean and attractive atmosphere.
