Very unprofessional!!! Who leaves a package outside of an apartment building for anyone to take? Now their customer service won’t do a thing about a stolen package . USELESS!!! Don’t use DHL

Was waiting cause I got a text saying my package was coming. Then again while sitting with my 4 dogs I got another message saying they were here and I wasn’t home. I sit 15 feet from the door with 4 dogs that flip whenever someone knocks. It is Friday guess the driver wanted his weekend. Never use DHL again if I can help it.

Always late and very poor customer services. It is not worth the money.

Had three deliveries by DHL, every delivery was at least a day late. Two had drivers leave a 'delivery notice' seemingly without knocking, and disappear. I had to pick up both at the depot. Cannot contact local DHL Express office by phone. Very poor service. Will never allow shippers to use DHL for deliveries to me again.

They will leave a notice even if you are home if the delivery driver doesn't feel like lifting the package to your door. This is after I made sure that somebody would be at home for two full days to get the package. And I left a post-it note on my front door to let them know too!
